Dave’s workshop for our leadership team was wonderful! He incorporated our self-knowledge using the language of the enneagram with useful organizational development tools to give us a framework to discuss our team formation, identity, work style, leadership preferences, relationships, strengths, weaknesses, and processes for developing all of the above now and in the future! And while it challenged us to think critically, it was a safe environment to engage one another in all of these topics. Dave is a great leader, a skilled facilitator, and a wonderful guide for helping anyone grow in their own emotional intelligence so that they can be a more effective worker, team member, leader, parent, child, sibling, partner, and friend. The tools he used to help us incorporate lots of information in practical and reasonable ways were highly valuable and useful. They really helped us keep a solid hold on the big picture while we broke it down into manageable chunks, and he helped us pull them all back together again at the end! I am grateful for Dave and highly recommend his workshops!
