While I was designing this workshop, it evolved into something different from – and better than – what I originally envisioned. The idea of “typing” various levels of human systems (pairs, groups, teams, organizations etc.) seemed a little woogity (Janice Ray’s excellent word), but it works extremely well! The participants identified ways to help themselves and the groups they are working with to become more effective and a little more sane. It was fun to witness the ideas flying!
