This workshop is a prerequisite for registration in the full-day Enneagram in Relationships or Enneagram in Organizations trainings.  Your tuition for this workshop may be applied toward the registration fee for either of those sessions!

Enneagram in Relationships

In this full-day workshop, we examine type-based interactions in relationships.  The dynamics of communication, conflict and feedback are explored, as we come to a deeper understanding of our interpersonal strengths and areas for growth.  Individual development plans are created for follow-up after the workshop ends

Equally valuable for individuals, couples and families, this interactive and experiential workshop creates a fun and safe arena for exploring and improving deeply ingrained patterns of thought, feeling and behavior in our relationships.

Professional materials packet included.

$360, offered quarterly.

Enneagram in Organizations

How can we use the Enneagram system to help the teams and organizations we work with function together more effectively?  We explore the answers to this question in our full-day Organizational Enneagram course.

Fast-paced and engaging, we use interactive exercises to explore such topics as type diversity, leadership paradigms, and organizational culture from a type-based perspective.  Type-specific decision-making styles are also examined, and become part of individual development plans created for follow-up after the workshop ends.

Well worthwhile for anyone working in a team or organization.  Especially valuable for leaders, consultants, coaches and intact teams.

Professional materials packet included.
