Palin Wycoff has been a consultant, trainer, and leader in business, nonprofit, military, and academic fields for over twenty-five years. With ten years experience in commercial food production and international supply chain management in the American, European, and Australian wine industries as a winemaker and production director, Palin brings a wealth of experience to client groups in areas of strategic planning, process improvement, industrial safety compliance and training, and multicultural leadership. As a veteran of six years in the U.S. Army, he is well versed in training design and leadership development.
Palin is a gifted systems analyst. Driven by a keen and perceptive curiosity, he readily synthesizes the complex dynamics of organizational systems into profoundly simple and systemic pictures. With his associate David Warner, Palin co-developed Leadership Transition as Opportunity an assessment and planning tool suite for succession planning and organization need analysis.
A passionate practitioner and champion of lifelong learning and development, Palin is both personally and professionally adept with adult learning modalities. He holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Empire State College, SUNY. He serves as an ad hoc graduate advisor and editor at Sonoma State University, where he has also been a section lecturer and teaching assistant for undergraduate courses. Palin is chairperson of the Board of Directors of Brush Creek Montessori School in Santa Rosa, CA.
