Team-Building

Team Building doesn’t always stick, or result in enhanced team effectiveness.  You can have a great time at a ropes course, but when you get back to work are your invoices being handled more efficiently?  Let us design for you a fun, fast-paced team-building event which actually solves problems and develops your team.

One such way is through the use of personality typing systems.  While most of our work today involves the Enneagram, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) remains the most widely used personality typing system in the world.  The MBTI is an engaging way of providing groups with a common language to explore their interpersonal similarities and differences, their strengths as a team, and areas for development. Rooted in Jungian psychology, the MBTI identifies sixteen unique “types” by exploring individual preferences along four dichotomies identifying how we perceive, process and act upon information.
